Refund Policy
Returns
Under our "Backed by Moms' Sustainable Guarantee," we offer a 15-day guarantee for a full refund. If you are not happy with your purchase or if the item does not fit, please email us at support.projectsleeper@srdgrupo.com within 15 days of delivery to request a full refund. No returns are required! Instead, we encourage you to share the warmth by donating the item to a local charity. We can provide guidance on charitable organizations we support.
Returned to Sender and Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us marked as “Return to Sender,” “Unclaimed,” or “Refused,” we will contact you immediately. A postage fee will be applied for the cost of re-shipping. If you choose not to proceed with the order, we may offer store credit or an exchange for the order value, minus the original shipping costs and any charges incurred for accepting the returned package. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to restock the item(s) and issue store credit for the order value, less the original shipping cost and any charges incurred.
Shipping
Since we do not accept returns, you do not need to contact us for a mailing address for returns. Instead, if you have any questions about your order or need assistance, please reach out to us at support.projectsleeper@srdgrupo.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Order Cancellation
We are unable to make changes or cancel your order if more than 24 hours have passed since it was placed.
